Therefore, it is important to understand that most of our store policies directly align with Printify's policies. Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time often varies by vendor.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE We believe that the cost of shipping should be wrapped into what you pay for your amazing products! Shipping methods and delivery times vary based on the Printify vendor that will process your order. Vendors vary by product type.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our shipping partner's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• Map Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
